The role of Coordinator, Reporting requires a dynamic and organised individual who can support Deakin's Diversity and Inclusion Strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication and reporting abilities, and the ability to consult with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise and Lead Gender Equity Reporting: This involves managing projects related to gender equity, diversity, and inclusion, as well as reporting progress on key initiatives.
  • Plan and Oversee Actions and Reporting: The successful candidate will plan and oversee actions and reporting for Deakin's Gender Equality Action Plan.
  • Coordinate Project Delivery: The coordinator will coordinate the delivery of projects, including allocated SAGE Athena Swan cygnets.
  • Consult Stakeholders: The candidate will consult a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver on Deakin's strategic priorities.
  • Deliver Reports and Communications: Effective and efficient reports and communications are essential in this role.

In order to be successful, you will require a degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience or extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields. An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training is also acceptable.

The successful candidate will have a passion for promoting diversity and inclusion, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
