About the Role

Susquehanna Pacific is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-level support and customer service to our Sydney office, working closely with local and international colleagues to deliver projects and solutions within the APAC region.

You will be exposed to a wide range of technologies, from desktops and networks, and will work with specialist engineers to assist in implementation, maintenance, and support of all aspects of our IT infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work in a rewarding environment for a trading firm that values technology and would suit an individual who enjoys delivering solutions and providing a high level of support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for office technologies, including desktops, MS Windows, phones, and other devices
  • Self-motivate, identify issues, and drive resolutions involving multiple teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Great troubleshooting ability and logical thinking
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows (7 & 10), Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, MS Office Suites, and basic network concepts
  • Experience with Data Centre environments (racking and cabling) is an advantage
  • Some experience with networking, trading room environments, and trading applications (Bloomberg, etc.) would be an advantage
