We're serious about creating craveable experiences that put smiles on our customers' faces. We're looking for a Manager who shares our passion and can lead our team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead teams through clear direction, coaching, and support to prepare and serve amazing food and create memorable customer experiences.
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations and profitability to meet our high brand, customer promise, quality, and safety standards.
- Drive sales, food cost, labour spend, and other controllable expenses while improving the customer experience and maintaining our high standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve profit, create a positive culture, and drive costs down.
- Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate direction into action.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
