About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Madora Bay. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our children, and contributing to the development of our centre's programs and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development and review of centre policies and procedures, and participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver professional development opportunities that enhance teaching practices and promote continuous learning

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved) or working towards (50% minimum completion required)
  • Current WA Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Hold active registration with the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia (TRB WA)
