About the Role

The Scots College is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our Early Years Centre, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist EYC teachers in all areas of class/pupil learning and management
  • Provide high-quality assistance in all areas of class/student learning and management
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement engaging and effective learning programs
  • Support the development of Reggio Emilia-inspired classroom pedagogies and practice
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • Certificate III Qualification in Early Childhood Education
  • Experience working with 3 and 4 year old children
  • Understanding of Reggio Emilia philosophy
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience working in teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
