Senior Educator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Rockingham. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs and ensuring the highest quality care for our children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Educators to deliver educational programs and ensure high-quality care for children
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
- Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children, tailoring learning experiences to meet their individual needs
- Work closely with the Centre Director to achieve better outcomes for children and the Centre
