About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a Store Manager, you'll partner closely with our Assistant Store Managers to manage all aspects of business operations, provide expert home styling advice, and lead by example to drive outstanding financial results.

This role involves working across different store locations within Sydney to cover periods of annual and long service leave, as well as any management vacancies. You'll need to be flexible and able to travel to different locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of business operations, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising
  • Provide expert home styling advice to customers
  • Lead by example to drive outstanding financial results
  • Work closely with Assistant Store Managers to achieve store and individual sales budgets and KPIs
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and customer engagement

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced/high-volume retail environment
  • A passion for homewares and vested interest in Bed Bath N' Table
  • A drive to achieve store and individual sales budgets and KPIs
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High visual merchandising standards
