We are seeking a dedicated Social Services Coordinator for our Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) program in Geelong, VIC, Australia. This position requires collaboration with specialist homelessness services, government agencies, health providers, and allied services. Service delivery must align with national and state strategic plans and the National Homelessness Stream Model of Care.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily site operations, including donations, cleaning, and volunteer coordination; liaising with the board for maintenance needs and direct contractors on-site; maintaining accurate property and tenancy records; managing tenancy processes, including inductions, inspections, and rent reviews; representing SHG at VCAT Tribunal; and more.

Required skills and qualifications include a social work qualification or other relevant social tertiary qualifications and/or substantial experience; experience and resilience in working with complex clients presenting with challenging behaviours; ability to encourage and cooperate with others to achieve common goals; acknowledgement and responsiveness to diversity of experiences, perspectives, values, and beliefs; and Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, Working with Children's Check, and valid Victorian Driver's license.
