A master mixologist with a passion for sports and a flair for hospitality is required to join our team. To secure this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a bartender mixing, serving and providing great customer service
  • Promoting our loyalty program to customers
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
  • A positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Compliance with all food and beverage regulations
  • Assessing customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations
  • Support on the floor when required - All-rounder
  • A love for sports is highly valued

To make it onto our starting lineup, you'll require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the hospitality industry
  • Experience working in both bar and restaurant environments
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Pas##ion for the industry and a strong sales culture
  • RSA certificate and TAB Certificate
