Mixology Specialist

Looking for a Mixology Specialist to join our team at The Sporting Globe Bar in Surfers Paradise. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences, this role is perfect for those who are passionate about mixology and sports.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of success as a bartender, with experience in mixing, serving, and providing great customer service. You'll need to be able to promote our loyalty program to customers, have excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, and possess a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mixing, serving, and providing great customer service
• Promoting our loyalty program to customers
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• A positive attitude and friendly demeanor
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Support on the floor when required

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality
• Experience working in both bar and restaurant environments
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture
• RSA certificate, and TAB Certificate
