Job OverviewWe seek a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Officer to join our property maintenance team. This part-time role involves landscaping work, ensuring clean and tidy school grounds, as well as routine trade and non-trade maintenance and repairs.
- Maintaining School Grounds: landscaping, cleanliness, and tidiness
- Trade and Non-Trade Repairs: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other skilled tasks
- Providing Feedback: input for planning and development of school grounds
- Inventory Management: managing grounds supplies and materials
- Event Support: assisting with setup for significant school events
- Compliance: adhering to workplace health and safety requirements
The ideal candidate will be an authentic Christian, possessing strong interpersonal skills, a friendly attitude, and experience in groundskeeping and maintenance in a school environment.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing educational institution with a strong learning culture and modern campus facilities.
To be successful, candidates must be eligible to work in Australia, hold a valid Working with Children Check, and demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
