About us

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Designer and Installer to join our team. As a key member of our landscaping team, you will be responsible for designing and installing beautiful outdoor spaces that exceed our clients' expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and landscape design, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert advice on how to achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and install gardens, lawns, and other outdoor features using high-quality materials and techniques.
  • Install irrigation systems and ensure proper maintenance to minimize water waste and optimize plant growth.
  • Cultivate and fertilize soil to support healthy plant growth and prevent pests and diseases.
  • Construct outdoor features such as retaining walls, fences, and decorative structures using sustainable and eco-friendly practices.
  • Maintain landscapes to meet design specifications and aesthetic standards, ensuring they remain safe and enjoyable for clients.
  • Use and maintain gardening tools and machinery effectively and safely, adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or higher in Horticulture, Landscape Design, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
  • Proven experience (minimum of 3 years preferred) in landscape gardening or a similar role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of horticultural practices and plant care, including soil science and garden design principles.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining landscaping tools and machinery, with a focus on sustainability and efficiency.
  • Ability to read and interpret garden designs and plans, with attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, with adaptability and flexibility.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
