
Continuous Improvement Specialist

This Transformation Program Lead position is ideal for strategic and collaborative mentors with a strong background in business transformation, process improvement, and change management.
The role requires driving end-to-end delivery of bespoke improvement and transformation projects across Sustainable Infrastructure, ensuring alignment with strategic business needs and measurable outcomes.
You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, foster collaboration across disciplines, and ensure impactful outcomes that support long-term sustainability goals.
Responsibilities:- Drive Transformation Projects: Oversee the delivery of tailored improvement and transformation projects within Sustainable Infrastructure, aligning with business objectives and measuring success.
- Maintain Improvement Register: Develop and manage a prioritized list of continual improvement initiatives, identifying new opportunities and ensuring timely execution in collaboration with sponsors and project leads.
- Implement Change Management Strategies: Design and implement effective change management plans to support organizational priorities, engaging stakeholders, assessing impact, and promoting successful adoption.
- Provide Guidance and Support: Serve as a key contact for change and transformation guidance, building strong relationships across teams and fostering a customer-centric, values-driven culture.
- Develop Team Capabilities: Support and mentor a team of improvement specialists, providing coaching and training in world-class process improvement tools and techniques to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Deliver Insightful Reporting: Produce informative reports for leadership on initiative progress, performance outcomes, and opportunities for improvement, while communicating new governance standards across the business.
The ideal candidate has relevant tertiary qualifications, extensive consultancy experience in continual improvement, change, and transformation management processes, and demonstrated expertise in methodologies such as Change (PROSCI, Lean, Human-Centred Design, Agile), Process (Six Sigma), and Project/Program Management (PMBOK, PRINCE2).
They are skilled at engaging stakeholders across diverse groups, influencing effectively, and navigating complex, dynamic settings. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
