Immersive Engineering Experience\

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Graduate Process Engineer. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

About the Role\

This is an exciting chance to develop your skills and knowledge in process engineering, working closely with experienced professionals on various projects.

\

In the first year, you'll be based at our largest cement manufacturing site in Birkenhead, South Australia, where you'll have the opportunity to understand operational components of plant testing, assess and process engineering checks, and analyze results and data.

\

In the second year, you'll work on new low-carbon products supporting our commitment to a greener future and Net Zero Carbon targets. You'll also be responsible for plant upgrades, modifications, and reviewing and improving plant safety and driving environmental efficiencies.

Requirements\

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A completed or soon-to-be-completed tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or similar equivalent\
  • A proactive, safety-focused, and environmentally conscious individual with a drive for continuous improvement and cost efficiency gains\
  • An individual with a positive, inquiring nature, can-do attitude, and curiosity will thrive\
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization is vital\
  • Flexibility to travel within state and interstate when needed\
  • Diverse exposure to heavy manufacturing, minerals processing, mining, and construction\
