Finance Business Partner, Transport Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Transport Operations team at Australia Post. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to our Transport Operations and Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Financial reporting and analysis of Transport Linehaul interstate and local transport operations, as well as domestic and international operations within the Delivery Network.
- Preparation of monthly P&Ls and early estimates, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, capital planning/investments, tracking and reporting of business initiatives and their associated benefits.
- Business partnering with stakeholders to ensure they are provided with accurate and timely financial information to enable informed business decisions.
- Presenting monthly financial results and Business Performance Reports (BPRs) to stakeholders as required.
- Participating in the development of business performance targets and KPIs, reporting performance against these KPIs, and providing business advice in relation to business strategies.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in professional services and/or industry-related role, with strong business acumen, analytical, problem-solving, and data manipulation skills. You will also have high-level financial, analytical, interpretive and problem-solving skills, and high-level PC skills (particularly Microsoft Excel and Power Point) and exposure to TM1 or other data analysis software.
