About the Opportunity

Australia Post is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Transport team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to our Transport Operations and Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions, including preparation of monthly P&Ls and early estimates, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models and reports to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to support business strategies.
  4. Conduct performance analysis and provide recommendations to improve business outcomes.
  5. Review and evaluate business cases and investment proposals to ensure alignment with business objectives.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial analysis and business partnering. You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services and/or industry-related role, with strong business acumen, analytical, problem-solving, and data manipulation skills.
