Job Title: Reproductive Care Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating treatment in a fast-paced fertility clinic environment. As a compassionate and empathetic professional, you will directly impact the patient experience by providing exceptional service and support.

The ideal candidate will possess current RN AHPRA registration, with experience in IVF/Fertility nursing or a minimum 3 years of experience in a nursing team environment. Phlebotomy and ultrasound scanning competency are desirable, as well as a caring and compassionate nature to nurture patients' fertility journeys. The ability to apply the 5E patient experience principles - empathy, entrust, engage, empower, expectation - is essential. Additionally, you should be able to work collaboratively within a fast-paced clinic and have exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a willingness to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and across other departments, are also required.

About the Role

As a Reproductive Care Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating treatment and delivering nursing services for all patients
  • Providing information, education, and support to patients before, during, and after IVF and fertility treatment
  • Nurturing patients' fertility journeys with empathy and compassion
  • Working collaboratively within a fast-paced clinic and contributing to a positive patient experience
