About the Role

Carrot is a global, comprehensive fertility and family care platform. It supports members and their families through various life events.

This opportunity involves working with a collaborative environment to re-shape healthcare by utilizing clinical experience and independent critical thinking.

The role requires providing evidence-informed sessions on medical topics. Carrot is developing solutions to optimize health and family-forming journeys.

Key responsibilities include understanding current reproductive and fertility regulatory trends and clinical practice guidelines in APAC. The ideal candidate will utilize clinical experience and skills to engage in discussions and educate others.

Lending expertise or knowledge to participate in continuing education programs for Carrot employees as needed is also required. Additionally, participating in quality assurance initiatives and audits to ensure a safe and compliant experience is essential.

The team consists of diverse individuals with medical expertise in areas such as fertility, mental health, nutrition, and pregnancy. They are passionate about continuous learning and education with an evidence-based approach.

Requirements
  • Must be located in Australia, New Zealand, or Singapore.
  • Ability to speak fluent English
  • MD, Nurse Midwife, RN, or NP licensure
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing patient care in a fertility clinic or hospital clinic addressing reproductive health
  • Superb listening skills and ability to empathetically discuss fertility and family-forming related topics
  • Ability to work independently and understand the difference between good clinical judgment and non-directive guidance
  • Motivated to expand knowledge on fertility, gestational surrogacy, pregnancy, and urology topics
  • Ability to function well from a confidential and private remote work environment
  • Flexibility to adapt with evolving business needs
