Job Description

The role of a Visual Merchandiser is to oversee the visual presentation and layout of retail stores, ensuring that they meet company standards and guidelines. This involves planning and implementing floor layouts, merchandising displays, and visual promotions that align with company strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement floor layouts, merchandising and visual displays aligned with company objectives.
  • Maintain visual presentation standards and ensure planograms are accurately followed in each store location.
  • Manage stock placement, movement, and clearances to support sales performance and drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Store Managers to continuously enhance visual merchandising practices and standards.
  • Monitor product performance and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales.
