Maximise Sales Potential as a Visual Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement visually compelling floor layouts, merchandising and displays aligned with company guidelines.
  • Ensure visual presentation standards are maintained and planograms are accurately followed in each store.
  • Manage stock placement, movement and clearances to drive sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Store Managers to enhance visual merchandising continuously.
  • Monitor product performance and provide recommendations to boost sales.
  • Utilise Adobe Illustrator to maintain up-to-date store floor plans.
  • Provide weekly updates and visual refresh plans for store execution.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar visual merchandising role, ideally within retail furniture or homewares.
  • Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites effectively.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools.
  • A self-motivated individual with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to travel regularly across VIC stores and work independently.
