Job Title

Support Professionals provide direct care and support to people with disability in their own homes and the community.


  • Active Support: Develop personal interests, provide personal care, transportation, and coach independent living skills.
  • Health Support: Administer and document medication and follow health support plans.
  • Positive Behaviour Support: Manage behaviour triggers and escalation.
  • Safeguarding: Ensure safety of self and participant, documentation and reports.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop personal relationships with participants based on mutual trust and respect.
  • Assist participants with daily activities such as showering, dressing and meal preparation.
  • Provide transportation for participants to appointments and social events.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records of administration.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated motivation to work with people with disability.
  • Available to fulfill a rotating roster including weekends and overnights.
  • NDIS Worker Check.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • National Police Check.
  • Full Unrestricted Australian Driver's License.
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate.
