Demand Planning Role

As a Demand Planner, you will lead the development and execution of demand planning processes, ensuring accurate forecasts across all product categories.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends, sales data, and inventory levels to forecast future demand, achieving optimal product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Create sales, OIT, and inventory forecasts for ANZ regions.
  • Contribute to designing and maintaining advanced reporting frameworks that integrate diverse data sources to support strategic decision-making processes with high accuracy.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve sales forecasting models through data analysis.
  • Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing timely reports to enhance strategic performance initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience in financial analysis or demand planning.
  • Understanding of supply chain, procurement processes, and flows, as well as S&OP processes.
  • Relevant degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Deep analytical skills paired with commercial acumen.
