Property Economist Role

The Lead Property Economist analyses and interprets economic data related to the property market, conducting research and providing insights and advice to clients. The role requires a deep understanding of market trends, investment opportunities, and the ability to simplify complex property data for business-to-business clients.

Expertise in market research forecasts property market trends, identifies areas with potential for growth, and helps clients make informed decisions regarding property investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of economic data related to the property market.
  • Provide valuable insights and advice to clients on property investment opportunities.
  • Identify areas with potential for growth in the residential property/housing market across Australia.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide expert commentary on the property market.
  • Develop and present research findings through webinars, seminars, and other media channels.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the Real Estate and Property industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized and able to meet deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
