Salary

We offer a competitive salary package, ensuring we are constantly benchmarking to industry standards. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role involves developing graphic designs that our customers love and which reflect current trends and Brand DNA. You will collaborate with other team members to validate the direction from Upstate Sport brand and be able to translate ideas into commercially-driven design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design graphics that meet customer expectations and align with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive branding across all channels
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current design trends and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree or qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Fashion, Textiles, Production)
Desirable Skills:
  • Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines
