We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Professional to lead our childcare services in Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about childcare and education, with a strong focus on staff management and child development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of educators and administrators to provide high-quality childcare services
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of children
- Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with parents and carers to understand their needs and develop strategies to support their child's development
