Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Learning Strategist to drive our learning strategy and foster a culture of growth across the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape development initiatives and make a meaningful impact on our people's potential and success.

Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning Strategy Development: Conduct an organisational learning needs analysis to identify priority skills for capability uplift.
  • Program Design and Delivery: Lead the design and delivery of TEGs development programs across new and existing employees across the business.
  • Training and Coaching: Upskill and coach others across the organisation to develop to be their best, including delivering train the trainer sessions to support the rollout of the program.
  • Innovation and Differentiation: Elevate TEGs L&D offerings to differentiate it in the market, demonstrating a genuine commitment to employee development and growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Experience in management development and implementing best practice solutions would be an advantage.
  • An innovative mindset, leveraging modern adult learning methods to create capability programs that are as effective as they are engaging.
