We are seeking a customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service and support our sales team in driving revenue.



About the Role:
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth.


Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a particular focus on building rapport with customers.
  • A team player who is open to receiving coaching and feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and the retail industry.
  • Confident in meeting sales targets.
