Mandatory Skills and Experience:

  • Significant experience as a Senior ICT Business Analyst with a strong background in ICT infrastructure, network services, end-user computing, cloud solutions, data warehousing, and application transformation projects.
  • Ability to conduct business analysis activities to elicit high-quality business, functional, and non-functional requirements from key stakeholders through workshops.
  • Experience in producing high-quality project deliverables concurrently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in business re-engineering and process design utilizing BPMN, along with expertise in ICT service management (ITSM).
  • Proven ability to engage, influence, negotiate, and collaborate with a diverse range of business stakeholders to foster ongoing working relationships, including technical and operational environments, to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Experience in complex, dynamic, and fast-paced environments where new challenges frequently arise, necessitating the creation of innovative solutions.
  • Familiarity with risk and quality management within an ICT project context.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in quality assurance processes.
  • Experience working within both traditional and Agile project methodologies.
