  • Supporting residents to live life independently, exercising choice and autonomy.
  • Assisting residents with one-on-one activities that promote well-being, aligned to their care plan.
  • Contributing to the physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs of residents through assessment and observation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care
  • A professional, friendly, and supportive approach
  • Effective communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as a positive team member
  • Aware of work health safety and infection control procedures
  • Committed to our organisation's Mission, Vision, and Values
