Job Title: Road Maintenance Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our road maintenance team. As a key member, you will be responsible for guiding and assisting a small team in delivering high-quality road maintenance and vegetation management programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite guidance and assistance to ensure successful program delivery.
- Perform laboring duties associated with vegetation management, including tree trimming and operation of spray truck equipment.
- Motivate and supervise a team to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in laboring duties and vegetation management.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and supervise a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Digital literacy with competence in computer applications.
