
Revenue Growth Manager

As a senior manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategies to drive revenue growth, fan engagement, and operational excellence across membership, ticketing, and merchandise programs.
- Membership: Develop and execute membership campaigns to achieve annual targets for acquisition, retention, and revenue. Oversee campaign planning, including creative, communications, and sales channels.
- Ticketing: Manage all ticketing operations for A-League Men's, Women's, and other club events. Control inventory, pricing, and promotions in partnership with the ticketing provider.
- Retail: Manage retail operations including online stores, match day outlets, and pop-up activations. Maintain relationships with kit suppliers and retail partners to ensure product ranges align with brand and fan demand.
Your key responsibilities include analysing data to identify growth opportunities and enhance member satisfaction, leading and developing your team, and collaborating across departments to integrate commercial objectives into fan-facing programs.
