Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management and ensuring the bar is fully stocked at all times.
  • Lead by example to provide exceptional service to every guest.
  • Promote our menu and possess strong product knowledge and confidence behind the bar.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience working as a bartender making cocktails.
  • Strong product knowledge and excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A valid RSA; experience with POS ordering systems and cash handling.
