About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Altius Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in facilitating the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals who have experienced injury, illness, or disability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop personalized rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation, taking into account physical, psychological, and social factors.
  • Conduct a range of assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments (ADLS).
  • Utilize problem-solving skills, clinical experience, and knowledge of injury management to perform assessments and facilitate the return to work of claimants.
  • Work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, their families, insurance companies, employers, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factors.
  • Present case information to various stakeholders and provide credible recommendations/solutions to drive the desired goal.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Appropriate registration with AHPRA.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Current driver's license and car.
