Overview
A senior asset management professional is sought to lead and manage maintenance teams across a complex organisational structure. The role involves overseeing maintenance performed by internal maintenance teams and subcontractors, ensuring that maintenance activities are correctly conducted, certified and recorded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage maintenance teams.
- Oversee maintenance performed by internal maintenance teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with approved maintenance management and workplace health and safety systems.
- Plan, schedule and manage maintenance requirements and requests in accordance with program priorities.
- Monitor and control maintenance activities to ensure completion within required quality outcomes.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma of Engineering - Advanced Trade or Technical, a Diploma in Leadership & Management, or equivalent, and minimum 12 years relevant experience. They will also have practical knowledge of leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within a work area, as well as advanced knowledge and skills specifically within radio and information communication systems.
