Director of Growth Marketing

About the Role:
We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Director. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performing marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the marketing roadmap aligned to company goals and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team across B2C and B2B disciplines.
- Optimize campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, SEO, partnerships, and more – always grounded in data and experimentation.
- Build and execute funnels that reach both consumers and healthcare providers, and connect the dots between them.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and data teams to align on growth opportunities, attribution, and customer journeys.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience scaling B2C and/or B2B marketing in a high-growth environment.
- Deep fluency in performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and growing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies.
