About the Role:

This is a subject matter expert position that involves working closely with stakeholders to drive innovation initiatives aligned with business goals. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote and onsite support for mining technology and automation systems
  • Monitor system performance and lead configuration and improvement efforts
  • Develop project support documentation and internal knowledge resources
  • Coordinate with OEMs and manage service level agreements
  • Lead internal upskilling through competency plans and support tools
  • Contribute to change management and the successful rollout of new technologies
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and promote commercial alignment
  • Support audits, cost reviews, and the development of standardized processes
About You:
  • 5–7 years' experience in surface and/or underground mining
  • Strong knowledge of mining systems, automation, and operational technologies
  • Hands-on experience with mining tech implementation, control room systems, or maintenance
  • Understanding of IT systems, networking, and ERP platforms such as SAP
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail
Qualifications:
  • Technical background in auto-electrical, electrical, mechanical, or mining engineering
