Water Safety Educator

We are seeking highly skilled and passionate Water Safety Educators to join our team.

The successful candidates will deliver our award-winning Aqua Learn to Swim Program, providing a safe, rewarding, and educational experience to students of all ages.

This is an exciting opportunity for those who share our passion for water safety education and community development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality learn to swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to students and their families during their learn to swim journey.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • AUSTSWIM, Swim Australia, Royal Life Saving or similar standard Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification.
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Current First Aid.
  • Prior coaching or teaching experience, preferably in a aquatic setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
