Implementation Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Implementation Manager to lead our Microsoft Dynamics 365 project. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing large-scale enterprise solutions, with a focus on customer relationship management, field service delivery, and financial operations.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and managing project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts, as well as coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 across customer engagement, field service, and finance & operations modules
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including client staff, system integrators, and vendors
  • Engage with executive sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Establish strong governance and change management processes throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Oversee UAT, training, cutover planning, and go-live execution
  • Report regularly on project progress, risks, and key milestones

Requirements:

  • PMP/PRINCE2 accreditation
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification
  • Previous experience in general or motor insurance desirable
