Lead Civil Engineer for Land Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join our team, working on land infrastructure projects from the bid stage through to successful project delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your technical expertise and leadership skills to contribute to the design and construction of civil infrastructure across various private and government projects. You will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates closely with engineers from different disciplines to develop creative and efficient solutions to meet project needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Guide a team of civil engineers, designers, and drafters in designing and constructing civil infrastructure projects.
  • Growth and Development: Expand your technical knowledge and leadership abilities within the team with support from a large professional network.
  • Client-Facing Role: Be encouraged to grow your network and deliver innovative solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with engineers across different disciplines to explore effective solutions to project needs.
  • Providing Insights: Offer well-informed guidance supporting confident decision-making within the Land Infrastructure team.

Requirements:

  • A relevant engineering degree, RPEQ accredited (or working towards) and at least 5 years post-graduate experience in Civil Engineering.
  • Strong ability to develop thoughtful, effective solutions in energy or infrastructure.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a diverse range of people.
  • A willingness to challenge the status quo and offer new perspectives.
