The Data Quality Lead is a critical role in our organization's data management strategy. The successful candidate will drive GHD's data quality initiatives, contribute to the Enterprise Data Management Platform strategy, and help implement best-practice processes across the business.
In this dynamic role, you will develop, document, and maintain data quality processes and standards aligned to our data management strategy. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders to secure buy-in at key points for decision making, rollout, training, and sustainability of data quality processes across business units and data domains.
You will also contribute to the establishment and management of data issue management frameworks to address and resolve data quality issues. Furthermore, you will develop training guides and documentation for data quality processes and tools; provide training to business units on data quality standards and best practices.
Additionally, you will ensure periodic review and upkeep of all data quality management policies, processes, and artefacts. You will help drive proactive data quality and data observability initiatives across GHD data assets, spanning the Data Lake/Warehouse and other applications.
Lastly, you will develop and maintain an enterprise data quality rule repository, and mentor technical stewards in creating business-unit-specific data quality controls.
