Support Specialist Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to support our NDIS clients in their own homes.

Job Description:

  • Deliver tailored support services to individuals with complex care needs, including assistance with daily living activities and personal care routines.
  • Provide transportation to appointments, programs, or social outings using a personally insured vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with high care needs, such as PEG feeding, bowel care, and mealtime management.
  • Support clients in maintaining independence and participating in community activities.

Requirements:

  • Completed Certificate III qualification in a relevant field (desirable)
  • Minimum three months of paid employment experience in a Support Worker, Care Worker, or Nursing role
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Australian Driver's License
  • Qld Motor Vehicle Registration
  • First Aid Statement of Attainment
  • CPR Statement of Attainment
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to apply)
  • Blue Card (or willing to apply)
  • Australian Criminal History Check (or willing to apply)
