Job Opportunity

The Education Account Team focuses on empowering customers on their AI journey. This team is responsible for envisioning new possibilities for our customers, delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and driving revenue growth.

As an AI Transformation Consultant, you will have the opportunity to drive AI transformation in partnership with your customer, achieving both Microsoft and customer business outcomes.

Leveraging your large, multi-functional team across the breadth of the Microsoft solutions portfolio, engage at the most senior levels of your customer and bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customer adopt and embrace AI technologies.

You will orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver value across the customer lifecycle, engaging with C-level executives (e.g., CIO, CTO, CDO) and leading executive-level business planning discussions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and overseeing the execution of account plan(s) to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, to promote mutually beneficial customer AI transformation strategies.
  • Orchestrating the full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to ensure we are focused on delivering customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle to build deep trust with our customers.
