ELICOS Trainer Role

This role involves the delivery and assessment of ELICOS programs, creating student resources, and monitoring student progress.

  • To succeed in this position, you will need to have a TESOL/CELTA certificate or any related degree, as well as experience in managing and/or teaching ELICOS programs.
  • You must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A minimum of 2 years of ELICOS teaching experience is required, along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Additionally, you should be available to teach both morning and afternoon sessions.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will deliver and assess the ELICOS Program, develop and deliver lesson plans with clear objectives, create student resources, record and maintain all assessment results in accordance with Institute procedures, monitor student progress, provide comprehensive intervention strategies for support, assist with student resource development, participate in industry consultation, moderation, staff, and validation meetings, cultivate an engaging and positive learning environment for students.

Necessary Requirements:

  • TESOL/CELTA certificate or any related degree
  • Experience in managing and/or teaching ELICOS programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Minimum of 2 years of ELICOS teaching experience
