About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Finance team as an Executive Support Officer. You will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Manager Finance, ensuring the smooth operation of the department and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide confidential and effective support to the Executive Manager Finance, including scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Manage and facilitate the scheduling and administrative needs of the department.
- Provide administrative, project support and assistance to the wider Finance department.
- Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve departmental goals.
What You'll Bring
- Strong demonstrated work experience in office, project administration and related functions.
- Experience in working within a complex and sensitive working environment.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and other office administration software.
- Proficient stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills and experience.
