Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead and deliver multiple projects concurrently, with autonomy to manage finances, coordinate teams, and deliverables on projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, from first principles to using software, and a proven track record of progressing their career to Team Leader level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver multiple projects concurrently, with resources provided and plenty of support.

  • Train and mentor a small team of junior staff.

Requirements:

  • Civil/Structural Engineering Degree.
  • 5-10 years local experience in an engineering consultancy, handling design and project management of built environment projects.
