We're seeking experienced Senior and Discipline Level Structural Engineers to join our Brisbane team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality projects.

About the Role

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for providing structural engineering analysis and design for foundation, concrete, and steel structures. You will work closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that technical solutions are delivered within project performance criteria. Your expertise will be invaluable in coaching and mentoring engineers and draftspersons, and ensuring that technical solutions meet design review processes and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide structural engineering analysis and design for foundation, concrete, and steel structures
  • Prepare, review, and check engineering calculations, technical specifications, and scopes of work
  • Work closely with clients to deliver value within project performance criteria
  • Coach and mentor engineers and draftspersons through practical guidance during design and commissioning phases
  • Ensure technical solutions meet design review processes and quality requirements
Requirements
  • Qualifications in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years of post-graduate experience in structural design, particularly in steel and concrete structures for mineral processing plants and related industries
  • Proven experience managing client interactions on design and drafting issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and exceptional knowledge of engineering designs and calculations
