Customer Banking Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled banking professional to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the Role:
  • This position involves having in-depth conversations with customers to understand their banking needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • You will support customers with account enquiries, maintenance, and credit product applications.
  • Additionally, you will conduct financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Furthermore, you will educate customers on our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
  • Providing effective problem-solving skills and championing our risk-adverse culture is also key to this role.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. You have experience delivering exceptional customer service in financial services, retail, or hospitality.
  2. You possess excellent communication skills and can articulate financial terms clearly.
  3. You are able to ask questions, find solutions, act with integrity, and put the customer at the centre of everything you do.
  4. You thrive in a busy, commercially driven retail environment.
  5. You have a genuine interest in building a career in banking.
