Job Description

This role involves providing strategic technical leadership and mentorship to drive best practices for ServiceNow customer journey and user experience development. You will oversee the design and development of scalable code features and functionality with a focus on performance and reliability.

You will also participate in cross-group activities to build a culture of one team, raising both our engineering capability and our technology solutions to drive our strategy. Additionally, you will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement technical requirements.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including architecture blueprints and best practices. You will also conduct workshops and training sessions to educate and align the team on platform usage and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good understanding of modern Cloud technology stacks and how it can most effectively be utilised and managed in enterprise environments.
  • ServiceNow Platform Skills including Scripting using JavaScript (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies), Building and consuming REST APIs and SOAP based integrations, Designing Flows and Journeys, Understanding and implementing Security Rules, Developing Portals using AngularJS, Experience with MID Servers, Designing ATFs.
  • Experience with UI Builder – Optional: CI/CD Pipelines like Xtype – (Optional) Building test scripts with Playwrite – (Optional)
  • Custom Application HRSD (preferred not mandatory) HSW (Optional)
  • Certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator) CAD (Certified Application Developer) - Optional CIS-HRSD (Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD) – Optional
