As an Experienced Primary Education Tutor at Kip McGrath, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and helping them achieve their academic goals. In this rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of your students.
Key Responsibilities- Teach students using the Kip McGrath methodology, creating engaging and interactive lessons that cater to individual learning needs
- Tutor students in a positive, caring manner, promoting self-esteem and confidence through personalized support
- Utilize our state-of-the-art software to plan and conduct face-to-face lessons, saving time on preparation and allowing for more effective teaching
- Be available to commit to every class scheduled, ensuring consistency and reliability for our students and parents
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students and parents through regular communication and progress updates
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A teaching degree or be in the final year of your degree
- A current Working with Children Check
- A friendly, professional, and personable demeanor
- The ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- A genuine love for learning and teaching, with a passion for making a positive impact on young people's lives
- Reliable, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Flexible working hours, including weekdays and weekends, to accommodate your schedule
- Competitive salary range: $60-$80 per hour
