Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as an Aged Care Support Worker.

In this rewarding role, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our aged care home. Your daily tasks will include assisting with personal care, mobility, and medication management, as well as participating in recreational and social activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, and feeding;
  • Support residents with their mobility and transfers;
  • Administer medication as required;
  • Assist with recreational and social activities;
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification;
  • Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in aged care if you're studying or have recently become qualified;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Adaptability, empathy, and resourcefulness;
